SFV Recommended Event: Wed. Night @ Giordano Bros.
Kiyoshi Foster is a local singer and guitarist who comes together with local live musician Sean Leahy to create a weekly musical experience at one of my favorite North Beach venues, Giordano Bros. Of course, you don’t want to hear any band perform every single week (no matter how fun they might be) but this Wednesday event is always a new treat for the ears since it features special guest musicians. They change weekly but in the past have included Trevor Garrod and Josh Clark from locals-gone-national band Tea Leaf Green and Erik and Mark Lekas (The Brothers Lekas) form In Rare Form. If you like to grab a great sandwich and hear some new music … or you want a place that’s great for meeting up weekly with friends, this is it.
