San Francisco’s Horoscope Sunday
Your San Francisco psychic thinks she has all of the info on what’s going to happen with you this week, but she can’t be sure unless you’re letting her know. Check out last week’s horoscope here and leave a comment on the page (bottom right) saying whether or not her predictions came true. Then check out this week’s horoscopes below to get a glimpse into your immediate future. (All of this week’s famous people are actors; follow their links for YouTube clips.)
Pisces (February 20 – March 20): Last week’s restlessness is this week’s productivity. You’ll almost feel superhuman in your ability to get things done this week. The laundry will practically do itself, the pile of work will look increasingly smaller and you’ll be astounded by the energy you’ve got throughout the week. If you get everything done and still have some time, get out of the house over the weekend and explore the city.
Pisces famous person pick of the week: Edward James Olmos
Aries (March 21 – April 20): Make sure to take advantage of some free time that you have at the beginning of the week because mid-week is going to find you swamped. Just when you were beginning to think that you had gotten caught up on life and were getting ahead of the game, something will come up that requires your immediate attention. Get it taken care of as soon as you know that it’s there; that way, you’ll be free again later in the week to indulge in unadulterated fun.
Aries Famous person pick of the week: Charlie Chaplin
Taurus (April 21 – May 21): Last week was all about finding the places in the city with which you were already familiar. This week, you’re ready to venture out to some new locations. Ideally, you should get out of San Francisco for a day or two and see what there is to see outside of this wonderful city. But if that’s not possible, head to someplace totally unique (think the sound performance at Audium or the top of Coit Tower) and experience the city in a way you haven’t yet.
Taurus Famous person pick of the week: Al Pacino
Gemini (May 22 – June 21): Wait, what’s that sound? It’s so unusual. It’s … no, it can’t be … yes, yes it is – it’s a strange silence in your usually-busy head. Believe it or not, Gemini, there will be no internal struggle, no dramatic life issues and no confusion of any kind in the upcoming week. This means that you can go with your whims, attending unusual SF events or doing the things you always do and either way will work out perfectly for you.
Gemini Famous person pick of the week: Paulette Goddard
Cancer (June 22-July 22): Home is where the heart is this week for Cancer kids. Throw a small house party, invite guests over for a mid-week potluck meal or get your best friend to help you re-decorate. Infuse the space between your apartment walls with love, laughter and lots of fun and you’ll find that you’ve got more people who are close enough to enjoy with you than you had even realized.
Cancer Famous person pick of the week: Shelley Duvall
Leo (July 23 – August 23): Something exciting and unusual is likely to happen to you in the beginning of this week and you’ll come away from the experience shaking your head and marveling at how different your life has turned out from what you had once expected. Towards the end of the week, things get more mellow but you’ll still be riding high, enjoying the San Francisco activities which you love best.
Leo Famous person pick of the week: Martin Sheen
Virgo (August 22 – September 22): Everything in the Virgo life should present itself clearly and with comfortable ease this week. Relationships will be all smooth sailing. Work will be steady and without surprises. Activities will be easy to enjoy. Don’t take on any new endeavors but don’t be afraid to enjoy the ones already at your doorstep.
Virgo Famous person pick of the week: Ingrid Bergman
Libra (September 24 – October 23): You’ve got a million things on your plate right now, Libra, so you’d better be careful about just what table you’re carrying that plate to. Your life may be a veritable buffet of romance, creativity and fun but if you aren’t putting your attention in the right direction, you’re going to end up with a situation where your eyes were bigger than your stomach and there’s going to be lots of icky leftovers to deal with later.
Libra Famous person pick of the week: Carole Lombard
Scorpio (October 24 – November 22): The beginning of this week is bound to be rife with confusion. However, recent changes in your life are going to bring a sense of relief towards the end of the week. Hang in there until the relief washes over you and then go out and celebrate San Francisco style. Hit up the bars in various neighborhoods and clink glasses with those who care about you because your new opportunities are just around the corner.
Scorpio Famous person pick of the week: Charles Bronson
Sagittarius (November 23 – December 21): You have one motto and one motto only that you must keep in mind this week: “out with the old, in with the new”. Got a relationship that’s gone stale? Forget about it and find a new one. Got a closet full of clothes that you’ve been wearing since leg warmers were popular the first time? Find some deals and splurge on a new wardrobe. Got an old attitude that’s been dragging you down? Adopt a new one that pus a swagger in your hips and then share it with all of San Francisco.
Sagittarius famous person pick of the week: Richard Pryor
Capricorn (December 22 – January 20): There’s going to be a strange sense of quiet in the Capricorn life this week and you should take the time to slow down a little bit and notice its source. You may usually be a social butterfly … or at least be able to hold your own on the catwalk of SF’s social scene … but this week is time to say no to new plans and figure out what’s going with you all on your own. A good book, a cup of coffee and a quiet corner will do you wonders.
Capricorn Famous person pick of the week: Ted Danson
Aquarius (January 21 – February 19): You made an important connection last week and you need to follow through on it now to get the most of the situation. If you know who you met that matters to your future, you’re already one step ahead of the game. If not, go back over last week’s life and make a mental list of those people you weren’t paying enough attention to during introductions. A small gesture, like a quick email or a short phone call, will do wonders for your future.
Aquarius Famous person pick of the week: Eartha Kitt

[...] One of the things that I really love about living life as a freelance writer in San Francisco is that I am always able to enjoy a really interesting range of experiences. So when people ask me what I’m up to these days, I can say, “oh I’m writing a book about ghosts that haunt Alcatraz” or “I’m working on this week’s horoscopes before I head over to this urban music festival” and it’s not only true, it’s truly interesting. And later today when my roommates ask what I have going on for the weekend, part of my response will be that I’m headed over to a theater in The Mission which supports women in the arts because I really want to hear Susan Werner perform songs from her new “agnostic gospel” CD.
