As promised, here’s the update on the Crystal and the Wolves / Firebug show … kind of.  I actually didn’t end up making it down to the show at Kimo’s after all, due to some issues in scheduling which came up on my end.  It seems to be fate that I’m just not going to see Crystal and the Wolves perform live, because this is now the THIRD time that I’ve planned to see Crystal’s live performance and I’ve missed it.  This is NOT something which usually happens on my end and I feel terrible about it.

That said, I have heard Crystal’s music on CD and have nothing but good things to say about it.  She’s got a stunning voice, an electic array of different sounds, and a way with lyrics which catches your attention and keeps it.  Hear her music on MySpace at www.myspace.com/crystalandthewolves.  Crystal will be spending some time in India over the next few months, working on a tour with Amma, The Hugging Saint.  And I guarantee when she gets back to the U.S., I will clear my calendar weeks in advance to make sure I catch her live!
